Returns
We accept returns and exchanges for online purchases within 7 days of the date your order is delivered to you. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked no more than 7 days following receipt of your order. Merchandise returned outside of the 7-day window will be ineligible for a refund and store credit
will be issued. Items purchased at full price may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment. All sale merchandise discounted 25%-50% off is eligible for store credit or exchange only. Sale merchandise discounted greater than 50% off is considered final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days of purchase. All items eligible for return must be returned in the same condition it was received to you. Items must be unworn with original store tags and/or shoeboxes to be eligible for return or exchange. For your safety, the following items are non-returnable and are considered final sale: swimwear, hair accessories, and hats.
Return Shipping
To begin a return for an online purchase, please email us at tinybuttzcb@gmail.com with your order information to request a return authorization. When the return is authorized, we will follow up with instructions for your return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Merchandise may be returned using the shipping carrier and method of your choice. WE recommend using a trusted shipping method with tracking information to ensure your return arrives safely to our store.
